Cevin is a native of Michigan and he has lived in
the Ann Arbor area since coming to study at the University of Michigan in 1984. He focuses his practice on nonprofit
and tax exempt organizations, estate planning, real property law, and business
law. He holds a Certificate of
Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute
of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of
the State Bar of Michigan. Cevin
is a member of the Non-profit Corporations Committee of the Business Law
Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Before beginning his practice at Magill & Rumsey, P.C., he worked as
a Prehearing Attorney with the Research Division of the Michigan Court of
Appeals. Cevin can speak, read,
and write Spanish fluently.
